These terms apply when you use capriastro.com or buy anything from us. By placing an order you accept them. If you do not accept them, please do not order.
We do not sell to every country, and posters ship to fewer countries than the Reading is sold in. Both lists are on our Where we sell & ship page, and the checkout only accepts orders we can fulfill.

Free content. We also publish free content, such as horoscopes, tarot and rune draws, and articles. It is provided as it is, for entertainment and self-reflection only (section 4 applies to it in full). It is not part of any purchase, and we may change or withdraw it at any time. This includes the free preview of the Reading. Free previews are limited per person.
Everything we sell is for entertainment and personal self-reflection.
It is not medical advice, psychological or therapeutic advice, legal advice, financial or investment advice, or advice of any other professional kind. We are not doctors, therapists, lawyers or financial advisers, and buying from us does not create any professional relationship.
We do not promise outcomes. Our horoscopes and other forecasts are astrological interpretation, for entertainment. They are not predictions of what will actually happen. We do not guarantee accuracy, or claim that anything in a Reading will come true or prove useful. Astrology is not a scientifically validated method of prediction, and we do not present it as one.
Do not use anything we produce as a basis for decisions about your health, your medication, your finances, your legal position, or your safety. Consult a qualified professional instead.

The text of your Reading is generated by artificial intelligence from your computed chart and the name you entered for it. We design and direct every Reading, and each one passes automated quality checks before it reaches you, but the interpretive writing itself is machine-generated.
This means it may contain errors, repetition, generic passages, or statements that are simply wrong. Please read section 4 before you rely on any of it. How we handle the data sent to the AI provider is set out in our Privacy Policy.
A natal chart depends entirely on the birth date, time and place you enter. Small errors matter: a birth time out by 15 minutes can change the Rising sign and the house placements, which changes most of the Reading.
You are responsible for the accuracy of what you enter. If you supply incorrect birth data, we will produce a technically correct Reading for the data you gave us, and that is not a defect. It is not grounds for a refund.
That said, we are human about small slips. If your correction is clearly a typo (a slip in the date, a mixed-up birth time, a neighboring town instead of the right one), we will regenerate your Reading once, free of charge. See the Refund Policy.
If you are not sure of your birth time, check your birth certificate or your country’s birth records before ordering. Our guide How to Find Your Time of Birth shows you where to look. If you enter an estimated time, the Reading will reflect that estimate, and parts of it may not be accurate.
By submitting birth data, you confirm it is your own, or that you have the consent of the person it belongs to. (The name is different: use any name or nickname you like. It appears on your Reading or printed product, and we never verify it.)
The Reading is delivered by email, as a downloadable PDF, to the email address you gave at checkout.
Posters are printed on demand by a third-party printer after you order. Nothing is held in stock.
Set out in full in our Refund Policy, which forms part of these terms. In summary: the Reading is generally non-refundable once delivered; posters are replaced or refunded if they arrive damaged or faulty, or if the poster doesn’t match the proof you approved at checkout.
Ours. The Capriastro name, logo, website, Reading templates, design and written content belong to us or our licensors. You may not copy, resell, redistribute or create derivative works from them.
Your Reading. When you buy a Reading, we give you a personal, non-commercial license to read it, print it and keep it. You may give it to the person it was made for. You may not resell it, publish it in full, distribute it, or use it to build or train a competing product or dataset. You may share short excerpts, for example on social media.
Your posters. You may not copy or reproduce the design.
Your birth data stays yours. You give us a license to use it only to produce and re-produce what you ordered, and to store it as described in the Privacy Policy. That is the extent of it.
Third-party content. Some astronomical data, fonts and imagery are licensed from third parties and remain theirs.
Do not: use the site unlawfully; submit someone else’s birth data without their consent; attempt to scrape or bulk-extract our Readings, or to work out or copy how they are made; use our output to train a machine learning model; or interfere with the site’s operation.
We may suspend or refuse service if you do.
We rely on outside providers for payments, printing and shipping, email, and the calculations and AI behind the Reading. Those that handle your personal data are described in our Privacy Policy.
If one of them fails, is unavailable, or changes its terms, our service may be delayed or interrupted. We are not responsible for the acts, omissions or policies of third parties, but we will always try to sort out any problem their failure causes you, and section 10 still applies if we cannot deliver what you paid for.

We try to keep the site running, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. We may change, suspend or discontinue any part of the service, including individual products. If we discontinue something you have already paid for and not received, we will refund you.
Some laws do not allow certain liabilities to be limited or excluded. Nothing in these terms limits or excludes any liability that cannot lawfully be limited or excluded. This section applies only to the fullest extent the law allows.
Subject to that:
If you are a consumer, you have legal rights that these terms cannot take away, including rights relating to goods and digital content being as described and of satisfactory quality. Nothing here affects those rights.

These terms are governed by the law of Wyoming and the courts of Wyoming have exclusive jurisdiction.
This does not take away the protection of any mandatory consumer laws of the state where you live.
